Shelley has received degrees from UNC Chapel Hill and NC State University with her concentration in financial management and extensive experience in health care administration, contracting, and Medicaid managed care. She is responsible for payroll and accounting operations. She also is a certified instructor in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA bloodborne pathogens.

CEO and Founder of Access Healthcare. Originally from Wake County, he attended UNC Chapel Hill for medical school and specialized in family and community medicine in the residency program at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem where he also completed his internship. He is an American Society of Hypertension Certified Hypertension Specialist and his special interests include management of chronic diseases like Diabetes, and Cholesterol. Dr. Forrest completed a Holderness Medical Research Fellowship and an Albert Schweitzer Fellowship while At UNC Chapel Hill. He is a pioneer in the Direct Primary Care Model, having originated the Micropractice DPC Model over 13 years ago. He has extensive experience in teaching, lecturing, and consulting about the model for individuals, medical schools,, health systems, and practices.

She has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources and has also had extensive experience in various front office positions in the Direct Primary Care Model. Another native of the area, having lived in Wake County her entire life. She is the lead Patient Care Coordinator at the Main Access Healthcare Office and assists practices with transition to our model by helping train staff.
David Kittrell lives and works in Hillsborough, NC as a community college administrator with a primary interest in the field of instructional technology. He has a degree from Appalachian State University, BA in English. His career in education has taken him throughout the United States and overseas (Taiwan) teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University. From a patient's perspective, David views DPC as an exceptionally pragmatic option for those seeking to provide and receive the highest quality primary care. Because DPC encourages the development of a compelling doctor/patient relationship, David is an ardent supporter and advocate for the DPC model. When not in the classroom, David enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Marley is currently the President and CEO of Marley Drug, an 12 year old independent pharmacy located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Dave Marley started the pharmacy with just an idea, and turned it into a successful, single store , $5 million dollar a year business. Marley Drug has been recognized by Drug Topics Magazine in 2007 as one of the “Ones to Watch”, for its unique and creative marketing techniques.
Dave was awarded the Pharmacist of the Year award by PDS in 2008. In 2012 and 2013 Marley Drug received the “Reader’s Choice Best Drug Store” award from the Winston Salem Journal. In 2013 Marley Drug received the Piedmont Business Ethics Award from the Greensboro Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Their trademarked “Extended Supply Generic Drug Program is widely accepted by physicians, patients, and employers and is recognized as a unique tool to bring down drugs costs.
